1. How do I make a reservation?
HOTELBUL.COM reservation process is very simple and allows
you to book room availability in 8 hours in any city and any
hotel in Turkey. After you select your desired region, city,
Hotel Name dates of arrival and departure and number of adults.
So please fill the form below in mentioned hotel and a choice
of hotels will be displayed on screen showing star rating;
prices from; and a short description. To get more information
on any hotel click on Hotel Info, we have 3 pictures for each
hotel in our listing, their originated Logo's, Photos, information,
location, amenities will display.When you have selected your
desired hotel and room type, you fill the form "ONLINE
RESERVATION FORM". You must review your reservation and
complete the required field. Please ensure you have entered
your contact information correctly. When all information is
complete, press the "SEND" button once and your
reservation will be arrive us. We kindly express you that
we never charge your credit card unless we GET REAL CONFIRMATION
from the Hotels that we Works in our Turkey Hotel listing
(We have almost 950 contracted hotel in the listing).
2. Can I make the reservation
by phone? Any time you can dial..

3. How is my reservation
confirmed?
When you fill your Reservation form; Our reservation department
immidiately will contact the mentioned hotel or hotels for
your dates after allocation on Hotel's availability for your
reservation; we will send you an email that confirmation is
suitible for your dates and our account department will tell
you your payment details, before we send your pre-hotel voucher
to you. After agreement by you will be send a confirmation
email and your credit card is debited - all within 3 or 5
minutes of making the reservation. Then we will send your
Hotel Voucher that where youre in the world (by email).
4. Will the hotel confirm
to me directly?
HOTELBUL.COM offer a hotel reservation service whereby we
have allotments of rooms within an availability database with
Turkish Hotels. This means that the management of these rooms
is through us. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly as
your room has been reserved through ourselves and many hotels
only update guest details a few days prior to arrival. If
you have any concerns regarding your reservation please contact
info@hotelbul.com
5. Is it safe to use
my credit card?
We never charge you any penny before we get CONFIRMED stamp
for your Room from the hotels. After confirmation and agrement
sign come from you; we send you a form (by email attachment)
that you fulfill in it so that we charge it totally room costs
and amount as it shown on the website itself. Our firm/Credit
card center accepts (VISA and MASTER CARD) and uses secure
socket layers, encryption techniques we share with our Finansbank
Secure Posting system (www.finansbank.com.tr) and firewalls
to safeguard all of your personal information.
6. What happens to my
personal information?
Your name, email address, physical address, phone and fax
number, and credit card number are necessary to ensure we
are able to make and confirm your reservation. We do not share
this personal information with outside parties except as necessary
to complete your hotel reservation
7. Payment Details ?
Our reservation system supports payment through Visa and Mastercard.
HOTELBUL.COM with our partner bank www.Finansbank.com.tr we
both side use a REAL-TIME credit card transaction system.
Finansbank confirms your payment within 30 to 60 seconds after
your credit card information is submitted. To ensure that
your credit card information is even more secure, we store
it on a server that is not accessible from the Internet. HOTELBUL.COM
full responsible / managing by main firm and owned by TURSAB

which has SSL certificate from Thawte with 128 bit SSL encryption.

8. Cancellation and
Refund policy?
Cancellation should be informed at least 48 hours before your
arrival date. Uninformed cancellation will be treated as a
"no show". In this case we can not refund your advance
payment and you accept the first night rate charge
9. How do I cancel?
To cancel your hotel reservation, just refer to your confirmation
e-mail. If inform us before (Maximum) 2 days cancellation
will be done. You will have your refund credited back to your
credit card account in Five days. After accepting by us your
Reservation and cancellation confirmation will be emailed
to you almost instantly.
10. Are taxes included
in the rates?
Taxes are included in price of all hotels in our Hotel listing
on oue web site.
11. Is breakfast included?
% 100 of the our discounted rates include breakfast (mostly
offer Open Buffet Breakfast Style) in Turkey. Some hotel uses
HB - FB and AI menus in the hotels. See your hotels meal system
in the web site property states what is included in the price.
12. What is BB, HB,
FB, AI in the hotel price listing
BB: Means your price included
Room and Breakfast with VAT goverment TAX.
HB:
Means your price included Room and Breakfast and Dinner with
VAT goverment TAX.
FB:
Means your price included Room and Breakfast and Lunch and
Dinner with VAT goverment TAX.
RO:
Means your price included only Room (bed) price and not included
Breakfast.
AI
: Means (All Inclusive) your price included Room and
Breakfast and Lunch and Dinners and mostly additional included
5hours tea, pastry hours, Soft drinks, Local (alcholic) drinks
with VAT goverment TAX. This option also contain many other
leisure, sports that you use, Fitness center or Beauty Rooms
uses and facilities in the hotels. If you choose this type
Hotels please ask for further information about this type

13. Is the room rate
per person or per night?
We have range database (Single 1 pax) - (Double 2 pax) - (Triple
3 pax; additional 1 extra bed) used and priced in the hotel
listing.
14. Can there be more than two adults in
the room?
Many hotels will allow additional adults and/or children to
stay in rooms at a charge. This may be listed in our hotel
information page. See "Triple" Rooms and charges.
15. Can my children stay with me for free?
Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free or half
payment with acceptable in their parent's room, however, age
requirements different from hotel to hotel; city to city.
This information may be contained in the hotels information
page, if not, please check prior to confirming your reservation
by emailing info@hotelbul.com.
Please note some hotel rooms are not large enough to include
children, therefore you must email this request to us.
16. Are cots/rollaway
beds available?
Most hotels offer cots/rollaway beds for a nominal fee - many
rooms have restrictions. If you require a cot or rollaway
bed, please include this under Specific Requirements on the
Secure Reservation Form.
17. What do I need
to check-in to my hotel?
The only thing you need to present during check-in is the
HOTELBUL.COM room voucher. Once payment is successful, you
may print out the voucher straight from your PC and must show
it to your Hotel reception area while having C/in to your
room.
18. What type of facilities
are available?
Hotel facilities (In rooms and in the complex) are described
in the Hotel Info section (For each hotels) together with
specific information on services.
19. How I will find
my hotel? Adresses, telephones?
After we confirm your process, all payments done we will send
you the hotels exact address,necessary phones and other details.
Generally the area is defined and distance from airport/city
center specified.
20. Can I stay longer
than I reserved ?
This depends on hotel's availability during those days. The
hotel may not give you the same low rate you booked through
HOTELBUL.COM. But if you inform us we can immidiately contact
with the Hotel and arrange this for you.

Our reservations, marketing, sales, editorial and technical
executives do everything in their power to ensure that all
information contained on this site is accurate and up-to-date.
In the event of errors or omissions, HOTELBULCOM. cannot be
