1. What if I am not
happy with my hotel room when I arrive?
Please contact the Hotel Reception of any issues you may
have. If you are still not happy please contact HOTELBUL.COM

2. What happens to
my hotel room if my flight is delayed?
If you are not going to arrive on the first day of your
reservation, please contact the hotel to ensure your room
is held for you. This is a prepaid reservation so no refund
will be given.
3. Do I have to pay if I decide to change
my reservation?
To add extra nights just contact with us 24 hours before
to make a new reservation for you (Extention) and no fee
is charged. If you wish to reduce the number of nights please
contact info@hotelbul.com .
We charge a $15 change fee will apply.
4. Do I have to pay
if I decide to cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your reservation the following cancellation
policy applies:All cancellations and changes made to your
reservation 24 hours (1 day) before arrival date date of
arrival There will be No charge to you credit card and full
refund will be done.All cancellations and changes made to
your reservation less then 23 hours on the arrival date
of your reservation mean that your payment will not be refunded.
5. What happens if
I need a refund?
Any refund due will be credited directly to the credit card
that was used to pay for the booking (You paid us).
6. What happens if
I do not stay at the hotel for the full duration of my booking?

7. How do I change
my reservation?

child?
Child policies is different priced by the hotels. Please
let us know your child/s exact ages so that we will give
you the Hotel policy. Feel free to type your child details
when you fill the Reservation form while booking.
